Fulfillment, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

At Kai Consulting, we prioritize client satisfaction and transparency. The following policy outlines our fulfillment processes, refund criteria, and cancellation terms to ensure a smooth and professional experience for all our customers.

1. Fulfillment of Services

Service Overview: Kai Consulting provides credit consulting, credit optimization, and financial services to business owners. These services are typically conducted online, and consultation sessions or related services are delivered within a mutually agreed-upon timeframe.


Fulfillment Process: Upon completing a service purchase, clients will receive a confirmation email detailing the scope of the service, the expected timeline for delivery, and any necessary next steps. All services are typically fulfilled within 3 to 10 business days unless otherwise stated.
Client Obligations: To ensure timely fulfillment of services, clients must provide all requested information and documentation. Delays caused by missing or inaccurate information from the client may result in a rescheduling of service delivery.


Consultation and Communication: Our team remains in contact with clients throughout the process to provide updates on the fulfillment of services. Any necessary modifications or delays will be communicated promptly.


2. Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are available for services that have not yet commenced. If you wish to cancel a service and request a refund, please notify us within 14 days of purchase, and we will process your request. Refunds will not be issued once the service has begun or after consultation services have been delivered.
Non-Refundable Services: Once service delivery has commenced, or consultations have been provided, refunds cannot be issued. This includes any partial completion of the service.
Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Clients will be notified via email when the refund is processed.


3. Cancellation Policy


Service Cancellations: Clients may cancel a service before the service has started with no penalties. To cancel a service, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the service has been initiated, cancellations are not possible, and the full service fee is due.
Consultation Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a consultation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in additional fees.
