Fulfillment, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

At Kai Consulting, we are committed to providing the highest quality consulting services to our clients. Below is our policy on service fulfillment, refunds, and cancellations to ensure transparency and clarity for all our clients.

Fulfillment Policy
Service Delivery:
All services offered by Kai Consulting are delivered electronically. Upon purchase, clients will receive an email confirmation detailing the scope of the service and expected delivery times. Depending on the complexity of the service, consultations or services may be delivered within 3-10 business days unless otherwise specified.


Client Responsibility:
It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete information during the consultation process to ensure timely service delivery.


Modifications and Delays:
Any delays in service delivery due to incomplete client information or requests for changes will be communicated promptly. Kai Consulting will work with the client to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.


Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds:
We understand that sometimes circumstances change. Refunds are available for services that have not yet been delivered. If you wish to request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase, and we will process a refund for services that have not commenced.


Non-Refundable Services:
Once a service has been delivered or initiated, it is non-refundable. This includes consulting services, credit optimization processes, or any other service where work has begun.


Refund Processing:
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.


Cancellation Policy


Service Cancellations:
If you need to cancel a service, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations can be made before the service has begun without any penalties. Once a service has been initiated, cancellations may not be possible, and refunds may not be provided as per our Refund Policy.


Consultation Appointments:
If you need to reschedule or cancel a consultation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee or be non-refundable.
